cramped room
it reminded me of i was waiting FOREVER, especially during peak times. also, the room felt cramped, and with two suitcases, it was hard to move around freely it was a SMALL space.

the room was beautifully appointed, it had a relaxing atmosphere. the bathroom was immaculate and well-equipped. reaching the hotel was effortless, the nearby metro made navigating the city simple.
Absence of mini bar. Absence of water bottles in the room! plastic cups are in the shower room.

Superb Location, Amazing Views!
convenient locationfriendly staff
The location provided easy access to subway lines. The staff addressed payment issues quickly. The view from my room included the Empire State Building and I was happy. The hotel is close to many places.
