quick check-in wonderful staff clean room
check in was quick i thought the staff were wonderful. i appreciated easy access to major attractions. our room was clean i must add.
i noticed only two elevators, which sometimes meant waiting a little longer.

slow elevator cramped room
the elevator service was slow. it was like i was waiting FOREVER, especially during peak times. also, the room felt cramped, and with two suitcases, it was hard to move around freely it was a SMALL space.

relaxing atmosphere immaculate bathroom simple navigation
the room was beautifully appointed, it had a relaxing atmosphere. the bathroom was immaculate and well-equipped. reaching the hotel was effortless, the nearby metro made navigating the city simple.
Absence of mini bar. Absence of water bottles in the room! plastic cups are in the shower room.

Superb Location, Amazing Views!
convenient location friendly staff
The location provided easy access to subway lines. The staff addressed payment issues quickly. The view from my room included the Empire State Building and I was happy. The hotel is close to many places.
